With a focus on sustainability, cost efficiency and precision engineering, our spindle component reclamation service, reduces waste and improves machine tool uptime.
Spindle Services provides a highly specialised spindle component manufacturing and reclamation service designed to extend the life of your equipment while reducing costs and your environmental impact. Our in-house engineering team uses advanced techniques to restore or remanufacture damaged or worn spindle components - often with enhanced performance - to as - new condition and improve your carbon footprint too.

Component Reclamation Expertise
We offer a wide range of surface reclamation services to recover worn or damaged spindle components, including:
- In-situ regrinding of spindles, minimising downtime and environmental impact.
- Thermal spray coatings including plasma, ceramic, and molybdenum for restoring critical dimensions and performance.
- Chrome plating and metal spraying for seal diameters, bearing journals, tapers, and
housing bores. - Hard facing and selective plating for enhanced
durability.
Where required processes are followed by precision machining and grinding to ensure the highest standards of concentricity, straightness, and balance.

New Component Manufacture
Where reclamation isn’t viable, our machine shop manufactures new spindle parts from raw material using:
- CNC milling and turning
- Surface grinding, cylindrical grinding, and jig grinding
- Hardening and stress relieving
- Precision balancing and inspection
We work to original specifications or reverse-engineer components as needed, ensuring they meet or exceed OEM standards.
