Our machine shop boasts a range of machines, including full CNC milling capabilities, CNC lathes, large manual turning capabilities, universal grinding machines, jig grinding machines and an array of surface grinding machines.
Turning Services
Our turning department is equipped with cutting-edge machinery to accommodate complex spindle component requirements.
Our lathe machines compromise of:
- Colchester Mastiff VS1800
- Centre Lathe
- 2 x XYZ 1550 Proturn CNC Lathes
- (Daniel to complete the rest of the machines)

Milling Services
We have recently invested in a Hurco full CNC vertical machining centre with 4 axis machining capability. This has increased capacity and the complexity of parts we can manufacture in-house.
We also have an XYZ SMX2 3000 2-Axis CNC Milling Machine to complement our services.
Grinding Machines
Our grinding capacity includes various Parker Majestic surface grinders, Jones and Shipman 1305, Jones and Shipman 1307, 2x Moore Tool Jig Grinders.

Spindle Services offers complete spindle shaft manufacturing - from raw material procurement through to final inspection.
